Martin's Landing Adult Dolphins

We are a laid-back group of grown-ups here in Martin's Landing and the surrounding area.  

What is an adult team, you ask? Well, you know how we have a kids' swim team? It's kinda like that, but for grown people. 

We run 4 coached practices per week for 11 weeks during the summer and will participate in 5 meets. The practices are geared toward meeting you where you are and improving your technique, endurance, and fun-having ability. There's a place for you if you're just learning to swim or if you're a retired D1 swimmer.

No, you don't have to go to practice, and no, you don't have to swim in the meets. You can do one, the other, or both. But, the more you do, the more fun this thing is. 

Oh, and bring your family to the meets. We always kick things off with a "Multi-Gen" relay so you can swim with your kids...

...then we can make them time for us like we do for them all June.

We encourage everyone to participate in practices, and we have more diverse practice times this year. 

Practices run Tuesday May 26 thru Thursday Aug 6 and will have a coach on deck overseeing the workout and providing stroke feedback.

Coaches' Fee: $75 ([email protected])
The coaches' fee, as you can imagine, pays for the coaches.
